Elon Reeve Musk FRS is an engineer,
industrial designer, and technology entrepreneur. He is a citizen of South Africa, the United States, and Canada. 

There is a lot to be learnt about Musk,
I'm gonna share you some facts. 

1. Musk's birth 

Tesla founder Elon musk was born in South Africa. 
At the age of 17, he moved to Canada.
3 years later, he moved to United States. 

2. Musk taught himself computer programming at the age of 9.

He reportedly taught himself the basics of computer programming when he was only 9 years old. Three years later, Musk built a space-themed PC game called Blastar. He sold the code for Blastar for $500 to a computer magazine. You can actually still play Blastar online.
3.Musk dropped Stanford after just 2 days. 
After earning two bachelors’ degrees (yes, two) at the University of Pennsylvania, he moved to California to study Physics at Stanford. But after just two days, he dropped out to found his first company, Zip2 Corporation.
4. Musk was inspiration for character of Iron Man.

Elon musk was the real inspiration for Stanley for the creation of Iconic character of Iron-man. Parts of Iron Man 2 were even filmed at SpaceX and Musk made a cameo appearance in the movie.
5. Musk is a big fan of X-men franchise.
During a Tesla factory upgrade, Musk decided to name some of the factory’s new robots after X-Men characters, including Xavier, Iceman, Wolverine, colussus and Storm.
6. Musk is the owner of a “submarine car” from a James Bond film.
Musk is the owner of the “Wet Nellie,” a Lotus submarine car prop from the 1970s James Bond movie The Spy Who Loved Me.
7. Musk read the entire encyclopedia at 9 years old. 
Once Musk said, “I was raised by books. Books, and then my parents.” He would pore over books for up to 10 hours a day. He reportedly read the entire Encyclopedia Britannica at age nine and moved on to sci-fi and fantasy favorites including The Lord of the RingsThe Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, and Isaac Asimov’s Foundation series.
8. Book Lover.
When musk was of age of a primary school student, he had read even more books than an average graduate.
9. Vision of super speed transportation, (Hyperloop).


Dissatisfied with the projected cost ($68 billion) of a high-speed rail system in California, Musk in 2013 proposed an alternate faster system, the Hyperloop, a pneumatic tube in which a pod carrying 28 passengers would travel the 350 miles (560 km) between Los Angeles and San Francisco in 35 minutes at a top speed of 760 miles (1,220 km) per hour, nearly the speed of sound. Musk claimed that the Hyperloop would cost only $6 billion and that, with the pods departing every two minutes on average, the system could accommodate the six million people who travel that route every year. However, he stated that, between running SpaceX and Tesla, he could not devote time to the Hyperloop’s development.
10. Musk bullied, 
Musk was once hospitalized when a group of bullies threw him on stairs and beat him brutally until he blacked out.
11. Special school for his children, 
Elon’s five children and 15 other kids of SpaceX employees go to a private school he has set up in a mansion in California. The school is called Ad Astra (Latin for ‘to the stars’).

Elon Musk is also working on a project called Musk electric jet.
